Behar - The heart of the Shemitta and Yovel command is in the counting of the 7x7 years, until we reach the 50th year - exactly parallel to the counting of the 7x7 days that made us reach Matan Tora on Mount Sinai on the 50th day. Both countings ensure that the 50th day/year is infused with holiness, with Nefesh, similar to Shabbat that gives the Nefesh, the anchor and holiness to the world.
