Diverse Leadership
As we wrap up the construction of the mishkan and the book of Exodus, the Torah seems to go out of its way to emphasize that everyone was included in the project. Men, women, rich, poor, artists, priests, heads of the nation, women who simply knew how to sew. Even two "male interior designers". The participants are decidedly distinct, but each one has a unique, essential, role. The only ones who get "called out" are the wealthy princes who don't come forward as quickly and generously as they should have. The sheet ends with a guide to lay leadership.

Did we all leave Egypt?
Could it be that 80% or more of the Israelites didn't leave Egypt? Why not? What does this say about Diaspora Jewish communities more generally?

Truth or Peace?
Does the tradition prioritize Truth or Peace? If you have to choose between the two, which one wins? Are there times that the winner here (Peace) could nevertheless be overcome by the need for Truth?
