Rivkie Kahn is a Jewish educator, leadership strategist, and relentlessly curious student of why people do what they do.

Her teaching lives at the intersection of Torah, psychology, human behavior, relationships, and leadership—with a particular interest in the space between what we know and how we actually live. Her source sheets explore questions of identity, growth, belonging, choice, relationships, Jewish life, and what it means for Torah to shape a human being rather than simply inform one. Many of her source sheets are used widely by outreach educators looking for thoughtful, accessible ways to open meaningful Jewish conversations.

Before moving into Jewish education and leadership, Rivkie spent more than a decade in the corporate world at Amazon, IBM, and L’Oréal, working in strategy and data analytics. She now develops educators and leaders, designs learning experiences, teaches women and emerging adults, and advises Jewish organizations.

Most of all, she likes questions that don’t have obvious answers, and Torah conversations that leave you seeing something differently than you did before.
