ומראה כבוד ה'. בלשון התורה נקרא כבוד ה', ובלשון חכמים שכינה, וזהו וישכן כבוד ה' על הר סיני וכתיב (תהלים פה) לשכון כבוד בארצנו והיא מדת הדין הנקרא יד שבה נברא העולם כלו שנאמר (ישעיהו ס״ו:ב׳) ואת כל אלה ידי עשתה
'ומראה כבוד ה' The words 'ומראה כבוד ה are an expression for the Shechinah. Our sages refer to the phenomenon as שכינה, whereas the Torah calls it 'כבוד ה'. When we read in Psalms 85,10 לשכון כבוד בארצנו, “to make His glory dwell in our land,” the reference is to the Shechinah, which is also another name for the attribute of Justice known as יד, the attribute (tool) used by G’d to create the universe. This is what Isaiah 45,7 had in mind when he said ואת כל אלה ידי עשתה, “My hand has made all these (phenomena).”
They shall make a Sanctuary for Me, and I will dwell in their midst [rest My Shechina among them].
§ It is taught in a baraita: Rabbi Shimon ben Yoḥai says: Come and see how beloved the Jewish people are before the Holy One. As every place they were exiled, the Shechinah went with them. They were exiled to Egypt, and the Shechinah went with them, as it is stated: “Did I reveal myself to the house of your father when they were in Egypt?” (I Samuel 2:27). They were exiled to Babylonia, and the Shechinah went with them, as it is stated: “For your sake I have sent to Babylonia” (Isaiah 43:14). So too, when, in the future, they will be redeemed, the Shechinah will be with them, as it is stated: “Then the God will return with your captivity” (Deuteronomy 30:3). It does not state: God will bring back, i.e., God will cause the Jewish people to return, but rather it says: “God will return,” which teaches that the Holy One will return together with them from among the various exiles.

The Shekhinah is sometimes called Daughter and sometimes Sister and here she is called Mother and she is indeed all of these.
