My broken arm- song made me feel better
Looking and longing for that song
Going back to school and people tell me that this is the song frustrates me
The more persistent people try to be, the more frustrating it is
Judging an action's value by the next day
Rosh Hashana- Pelcovitz
The pleasure of learning or davening
Mid life crises
Why do we feel this way? Home sick
The source of all beauty, pleasure that we experience and all pain that we feel stems from this
My "self” is the soul, which is the inner essence of a person. This is because man’s principal essence—that which man calls “I”—is the soul. She is the essence that is eternal.
The sigh after a moral or spiritual failure is an expression of the soul that I know this isn't the song. After a failure, when one feels the shame, thesense of giving up, the sigh is inherently powerful and meaningful. From the sign, my עמצי, my self, becomes more connected to the body
And the concept of the sound of the tekiah (shofar blasts) corresponds to “from the sound of my sighing.” It breaks man’s body (breaks down the barriers between the soul and the body), as in (Amos 3:6), “Shall a shofar blast be sounded in the city, and the people not be afraid?”
But because of the brazenness of the body (which we experience through it's) desires, the soul—which is the essence of man—is then distant from his flesh and his body. However, by means of the sound of sighing (that deep sound that makes no noise but its understanding is clear)—the concept of holy boldness—the brazenness of the body is broken. And then the essence draws closer to the flesh—i.e., the soul to the body. This is, “From the sound of my sighing, my bone has clung to my flesh.”

Divine flow can only descend (to this world or to a person individually) through the medium of the "self"
