1. עוד ישמע בערי יהודה ובחוצות ירושלים קול ששון וקול שמחה קול חתן וקול כלה
1. Od yishama be arei yehuda uvechutzot yerushalaim kol sason ve kol simcha kol chatan ve kol kallah
Translation: Yet again it shall be heard in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem.The voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the groom and the voice of the bride.
2. מהרה ה אלוקינו עוד ישמע בערי יהודה ובחוצות ירושלים קול ששון וקול שמחה קול חתן וקול כלה
2. Meheyra hashem elokenu Od yishama be arei yehuda uvechutzot yerushalaim kol sason ve kol simcha kol chatan ve kol kallah
Translation: May it soon be heard, Adonai our God, in the cities of Judah and the courtyards of Jerusalem, the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the groom and the voice of the bride.
3. ישיש עליך אלוקיך כמשוש חתן על כלה
3. Yasis alayich elohaich kimsos chatan al kallah
Translation: Thy God shall rejoice over thee, as a bridegroom rejoiceth over his bride
4. כיצד מרקדין לפני הכלה
4. Keitzad merakdin lifnei ha kallah
Translation: How do we dance before a bride?
5. לֹא עָלֶיךָ הַמְּלָאכָה לִגְמוֹר, וְלֹא אַתָּה בֶן חוֹרִין לִבָּטֵל מִמֶּנָּה
5. Lo alecha ham'lacha ligmor, lo alecha ligmor. v'lo ata ben chorin l'hibatail mimena v'lo ata ben chorin

6. כָּל הָעוֹלָם כֻּלוּ גֶשֶׁר צַר מְּאֹד וְהָעִיקָר לאֹ לְפַחֵד כְּלַל

7. יִבָּנֶה הַמִּקְדָּשׁ, עִיר צִיּוֹן תְּמַלֵּא, וְשָׁם נָשִׁיר שִׁיר חָדָשׁ וּבִרְנָנָה נַעֲלֶה
7. Yibaneh hamikdash, ir tsion timaleh, visham nashir shir chadash uvirnanah na'aleh.
Translation: The Temple will be rebuilt; the City of Zion will be restored. And there we will sing a new song and journey up

9. עִבְדוּ אֶת-ה׳ בְּשִׂמְחָה בֹּאוּ לְפָנָיו בִּרְנָנָה. |
9. Ivdu et Hashem b'simcha Bo-u l'fanav birnana
Translation: Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before God's presence with singing
10. טוֹב לְהֹדוֹת לַיהוָה וּלְזַמֵּר לְשִׁמְךָ עֶלְיוֹן. לְהַגִּיד בַּבֹּקֶר חַסְדֶּךָ וֶאֱמוּנָתְךָ בַּלֵּילוֹת.
10. Tov l'hodot la'hashem, u'l'zamer l'shimcha elyon, l'hagid baboker chasdecha v'emunatcha baleylot.
Translation: It is good to thank the Lord and sings psalms to your name, Most High - to declare your loving-kindness in the morning, and your faithfulness at night. - Psalms 92:2-3
11. אתה תקום תרחם ציון כי עת לחננה כי בא מועד
11. Attah takum terachem tzion ki et lechanena ki va moed
Translation: You shall arise, and have compassion upon Zion; for it is time to be gracious to her, for the appointedtime has come.
