The Tree of Life
The Torah is not merely stories of the history of a nation. It is the weekly instructions on how to live our lives. Hence it is called the Tree of Life. By understanding the lessons of each Parasha, we know what is expected from us, and what we are accountable for in the following week. Every year we polish our souls a little bit more, and we read the same Parashot with higher consciousness and closer alignment to the Endless Light. During this process, the transformation of our souls will bring us closer to our full potential.
The Universe helps us reach our potential. Every week comes with a different set of energies, that manifest as events in our daily lives, and tests our behavior. Every year the cycle repeats with similar events, in hopes that we respond with a higher consciousness, and making better choices. By understanding these lessons each week, we can be aware of what is expected from us and what we are accountable for every week. This process, transforms our souls and brings us closer to our full potential.
Bereishit
2016: The Endless Light created everything, including the creator. We, who are created in the image of the creator, should be a beckon of light.
2017: The Universe was created for us to travel in our life journey. Our destination is predetermined, but there are multiple ways to get there. We try to figure out where the Universe is steering us to go every week, and then we follow.
2018: Words that we say matter. Through our speech, we form entities that exist in the universe. If we can’t keep our promises, we should not promise. If we find ourselves being the “devil’s advocate”, we should stop, because we discourage other people from doing what they were supposed to do. The negative scenarios that are in our minds, may not happen if we don’t say anything, and may happen because we said it. If we have nothing good to say, we should not say anything. If we find ourselves listening to people talking about calamities and disasters, we should change the subject. We should be careful from talking about good fortunes that have not materialized yet. We may open the door for negativity, to stop the good fortune from materializing.
What we need to do is change the way we look at things, and things we look at will change. So, if you focus on saying positive things, then positive will expand, however, if you do the opposite and speak negatively then more negativity will appear. It makes sense to be conscious of our thoughts weather they are positive or negative, once you become aware of these thoughts think how you’d like the outcome to be and expect it!
2023: The power of our words is immense. Through our expressions, we shape realities in the world. If unable to honor our commitments, it's best to refrain from making promises. Playing the "devil's advocate" can deter others from fulfilling their goals, so we should exercise caution. The negative scenarios in our thoughts might manifest or dissolve based on what we voice. If our words lack positivity, it's prudent to remain silent. When conversations steer towards disasters, steering towards uplifting topics is beneficial. Let's be mindful not to discuss anticipated good fortune prematurely, as it could inadvertently attract negativity. Shifting our perspective can transform what we perceive. By focusing on positivity in our speech, we invite more positive outcomes, and conversely, negativity begets more of the same. It's essential to be aware of our thoughts, channel them towards our desired outcomes, and expect them to manifest!
Birthdate:
Your birth day means that the universe needed you. You are indispensable. It means that the universe says:” you matter!”
If you’ve were never born, would it have made a difference to anybody?
You are born original, don’t become a copy.
Noah
Noach = נח = Comfortable. Hen = חן = Pleasant
2016: We should behave like the creator. Share and give life. Be always positive and certain. Give choices. Transform darkness to light wherever we find it. We should be associated with the Light as much as we could.
2017: Once we figured out where does the Universe want us to go, we have to mentally write our mission statement for the coming year. This will give us the ability to focus on achieving our yearly goals in the midst of the noise around us.
We lead by example, and hoping that others will follow. Sometimes, we can identify people in our environment, not our children or our grandchildren, who have not made attempt to change for a long period time. This week it is time to move on, cleanse our environment, free ourselves from these relationships, and make room for new people who have potential to grow spiritually.
Most of the time we converting negative attributes
2018: If only we believed that we have the skills and tools to overcome any challenge that is presented to us, then we have conquered half the battle. The next step is to actually find those solutions to carry you through the issues that lay ahead. This week the universe will serve up some challenges.... that said, not to worry, maintain your cool and find those solutions that already exist for you. Be open to seeing what is right in front of you.
2021: How to ride the deluge of life challenges? By listening to music one can transcend above and out of one’s daily life experience, you can retrieve feelings and memories of great times from past experiences. Some by reading books that are page turners so that we can immerse ourselves in the story, and take us to different realities. Picking up signs and clues can help us navigate dangerous times. Asking for help from people or souls who have left this world. Giving charity, a donation to the needy, and Tithing 10% of our income. Making choices: Riding the tide, instead of fighting it. Finding solutions, instead of becoming paralyzed by a situation. All these and more are good tools to ride the flood of challenges that come at you. The main thing is not to get stuck …. to go about finding other paths and solutions will come.

2017: This is a great week to reflect on what really matters – ourselves! We should look deep into our soul, figure out what makes us tick, what irritates us, what makes us happy, what makes us feel whole. When a difficult matter arises, do we react in an explosive manner? Do we become angry or indifferent? Do we seek understanding? The fact that the universe brought this matter to the surface is a great way to see how we handle the situation. Did we view this with calmness and patience, compassion and/or consideration? If the answer is yes, then we have grown spiritually. The question is more about what is NOT natural to us? This is where we can grow spiritually. By nature, we are either loving and kind people or we’re more judgmental. Relentless and angry? Do we seek compassion? Do we bond and connect with others? Are we respectful, humble, thoughtful and especially grateful? This is our journey, each of us has a specific path, and it is our duty to investigate it and pursue what your soul is showing you.
2019: This is a good week to reflect on what really matters – ourselves! Our very own Journey, and what needs attention. There are a mix of emotions that we should consider and understand and know where to apply them: Love, Kindness, Self-Discipline, Judgment, Compassion, Perseverance, Will Power, Humility, Gratefulness, and Bonding. The question that we should ask ourselves is ....Which of them are we most uncomfortable with ? Then, if we want to grow spiritually, we should focus on those in the coming year and continue on our own path while we grow spiritually. Each of us has a specific journey, this is a good way to consider what it is.

2016: We should see divinity in any aspect of life, from the loftiest acts to the mundane acts. The Lite is only positive, and so should we. We should always see the cup half full, find the silver lining, and find the positive in any negative situation. The Light is always in our lives, it is us who turn away, align ourselves with our ego, and cannot see or hear the Light.
2017: Our brain can be tricked by our eyes. When we are looking at a glass half filled with water, we either see that the glass is half full, or half empty. But if we are tuned to the Universe, the glass is always completely full, half with water, and half with air. Same thing with challenges. Some people see challenges as random chaos. If we are tuned to the Universe, we see challenges as an opportunity to grow spiritually towards our potential. If we can find the positive in a seemingly negative event, we are on the right track, because we see the BIG picture.
2018: Can we vision our mission in the noise around us? Do we feel that we are all connected, and we need to help each other? Do we believe that a small change has the potential to ripple exponentially and affect the world? Do we believe that every challenge in front of us can be overcome? Do we believe that we may find a positive explanation to a seemingly negative event? If the answer is yes, we can "see" beyond what is visible to us.
Chayei Sara
2018: Before we are born, our immortal soul splits into two halves in the spiritual world. Both halves have masculinity and femininity, but each half is dominant by one or the other. Few decades after birth in the material world, both halves are occupying a mortal grown up body and are ready for each other, the Universe destine them to meet, and hopefully reunite. The obligation of the feminine dominant half soul, the nurturer, is to help both halves to grow spiritually. After the half souls leave the bodies, they reunite in the realm of the immortal souls, the spiritual world. This short trip in the material world, is where we write our legacy. Therefor we should be aware of what legacy do we write every day.
2019: Our legacy is written daily, and what we leave behind when we depart this world is important. Each one of us was born for a reason, a purpose and we each matter. We have all been entrusted with a specific mission that only each individual can perform uniquely. We’re like musicians in an orchestra where everyone has a part to play, and we need not only play our part, but also help the other players around us, play their part. The key is to identify your purpose by considering what you’re passionate about? How could your passion relate to your mission? What might your legacy be? Now is a good time to be working on it, or fine tuning it if you’ve already figured it out.
Toldot
We, our spouses, our children and our parents are all different sparks of the same soul. The apple does not fall far away from the tree. We are born to correct our soul from different angles. Our journey of correcting the soul is a continuation of our parent’s journey but from a different angle. Our children will continue to correct the soul where we left off from a different angle. If we missed anything, we will get another chance, or our children will correct it for us. Observe your family. Who were your parents? What was their Journey? How is your journey related to theirs? What is your children journey and how it is related to you? Your children are your reflection, and you are reflection of your parents.
2017: One of the most important goals in our lives is to imprint a spiritual legacy in this world. Therefore, the most important people in our lives, are our family members, our children, our grandchildren, and our great grandchildren. We should guide them with our vision, and hope that one day they will build their own vision based on ours, like we’ve done with our parents.
Vayeitze
Start your journey from being a body with soul to becoming a soul with a body. Don’t let your body to pull you away from your mission in life. Listen to your soul, it knows where you are headed.
2016: What are we passionate about? Is it about ourselves, or about our family? Is it about our body desire, or about our relationship with our soulmate? Whatever our passion is, we can always make it loftier. We can become the best to receive an award, or better yet, to empower others to become their best. Once we figure out our passion, we are obligated to follow it, because that is what we were born to do here. There should be a balance between following our passion, and taking care of business. We need to move forward towards our passion, but always make sure not to neglect our family.
28:10 וַיֵּצֵ֥א יַֽעֲקֹ֖ב מִבְּאֵ֣ר שָׁ֑בַע וַיֵּ֖לֶךְ חָרָֽנָה And Jacob left Beer Sheva, and he went to Haran.
Sheva שבע (Swap שֶּׁ֔ with שֶׂ) Savea שבע – Satiated. Stomach is full, a state of complacent.
Haran חרן (Anagram->) Nihar נחר – Very dry , a state of desire and passion.
And Jacob left a state of complacent to follow his passion.
2017: We’ve become complacent in our daily routine, doing the same things over and over. Leaving our comfort zone to the unfamiliar space, facing the unknown, growing spiritually, and closing the gap with our potential, is where we want to be.
Vayishlach
2011: Outreach to other people. Teach by example. Do not preach. Show the Light in the amount that the other person can grasp, don’t force it.
2012: The rules for appeasing successfully.
2016: There is a battle between two opposite forces within us. Whether it is; spiritual versus material, giving versus receiving, soul versus body, family versus work, we are always in a struggle to balance both forces, by switching back and forth, negotiating within ourselves. The balancing process makes our self-discipline and judgment better.
2017: Now that we are out of our comfort zone, we need a support system, like our family and friends to help us. We reach out to other people. We open ourselves up and become vulnerable, and build relationships. Nevertheless, we are also capable of closing relationships, when we recognize that a person who sucks out our energy, or is not sincere, or is not open and vulnerable.
2021: This is a week that we should be super aware of our behavior and try to keep from making mistakes. If in the past you have wronged someone, perhaps now is a good time to sincerely apologize and commit to solving the issues. This is the universe saying out loud that it has scheduled this conversation for a reason so pay attention.
Vayeishev
2011: When things are not going your way, you have to let go. Be proactive and act, you will get what you need. Sometimes what you want is not what you need.
2012: Wait out and don’t react. The answer to the issue will come to you.
2017: We may be ready for our next move, but not all the pieces for our plan are in place. This is the time to stay where we are, and scrutinize the plan a few more times in our head. So, while we’re examining the details, the universe will set the missing pieces in motion until everything is in place. Our soul desire is to keep going, however, by holding on we strengthen our self-discipline and judgment. Knowing when it’s time to move forward will come to us - when the time is right.
2019: It’s time to pause, reflect, learn about ourselves, and contemplate our next steps. What is our mission in life, our passion, our goals? Once we understand ourselves a little more, we can be ready to listen to others for advice. If what they say aligns with our ideas we take it, if it doesn’t, then we pass on it. It’s best that we spend our time wisely, listen to ourselves and invest in our future.
Mikeitz
2017: We learn how to use opposite emotions at the same time. Love and Discipline. Endurance and Humility.
Love with Discipline- We love in a way that it is not overbearing, and is not lacking.
Discipline with Love- We set up the rules, and enforce them with love. We constantly judge the amount of love and discipline that we give, and try to balance the two.
Endurance with Humility- We get our strength from the Universe, and can only manage it.
Humility with Endurance- Working on being humble is a lifelong project.
Hanukah: The Universe grants us miracles this week, starting midweek through the beginning of next week. The miracles themselves may however, appear later though.
2018: The past few weeks have been a challenge to say the least and so as luck would have it.... This is the week that provides solutions, however, they may just appear a bit later, so hang in there. We must persevere and keep on going with the knowledge that the universe will help us overcome our challenges.
Vayigash
2018: You know when you have a difficult issue with someone, and you need to confront it? Before you approach this person, you observe him/her and decide how to deliver the message with kindness. You try to see and understand through their eyes so they receive the message. By being compassionate and humble, you can accomplish it.
2019: We all need to get the message sometimes and hope and pray that it is delivered with dignity and compassion. So that saying “don’t shoot the messenger “... it’s real. The person delivering the message is only a messenger that the universe is providing. Don’t blame that person, instead see that they have a mission and that they are delivering the message with love and compassion.
2021: Being a victim of circumstance is like deciding to dwell on things like past grievances of being wronged, or comparing yourself to others. Perhaps your siblings received things that you did not, or you wished that you had something more. Truth is everyone gets what they need, and all of us have different needs at different times. The point is, we should instead reflect on what we have received and that it came when we needed it most. It’s good to look at the bigger picture and later in hindsight to explain why things happened the way they did. The best way to free ourselves from that nagging awful feeling is to accept what’s happening and ask yourself where the blessing is. We now should understand that it’s disguised and believe that this too is for the better.
Hanukah: The Universe still grants us miracles through midweek. The miracles themselves may however, appear later though.
Vayechi
2011: Your soul is chained to your body. It is constantly bombarded with multiple loud reasons and explanations from the ego, which take over seamlessly following the original quiet message from the light, and try to change your mind. Identify what was the original message that came to you from the Light, and stay on course. Embrace the uncomfortable. When you feel challenged, jump in with excitement and fix it. This is why we were born in this world.
2012: Identify what is your mission in life. What will be your legacy? Start working on it.
2016: Each one of us will leave their mark in this world. What is our legacy? It is a good time to work on it.
2017: We leave our marks in this world, and these marks are embedded in our children. We hope that they continue where we left off, and use us as their guide through their journey. It is wise to invest energy and time in our children, and to lead them by example.
2018: Our legacy is written daily, and what we leave behind when we depart this world is important. Each one of us was born for a reason, a purpose and we each matter. We have all been entrusted with a specific mission that only each individual can perform uniquely. We’re like musicians in an orchestra where everyone has a part to play, and we need not only play our part, but also help the other players around us, play their part. If we have children, it is important to lead them by example, and invest time and energy while raising them. We hope they continue where we left off, and use us as their guide through their journey. The same goes for our grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The key is to identify your purpose by considering what you’re passionate about? How could your passion relate to your mission? What might your legacy be? Now is a good time to be working on it, or fine tuning it if you’ve already figured it out.
Shemot
2011: Every soul came with a correction to perform in this world. Your name is your vessel, and its meaning can shed a clue on your correction. Your task is to correct yourself and by doing so, you will heal the world. The imperfection of the world is an illusion, since the world is a perfect creation. If you remove all humans from the world, nature will balance itself. It is the humans who see it broken and try to fix everyone but themselves. What you see wrong with others, is a mirror image of your behavior. By improving a negative trait of yours, these people will be replaced with other who will guide you on your next negative trait. Your goal is to see everyone as a perfect creation, hence you corrected your negative traits.
2012: Everyone is born with a mission and purpose in this world. We should always ask what is our mission, and adjust accordingly. Our name is the essence of our soul, and can shed a clue on our mission in life. What does our name mean? Are we named after someone who passed away, and have to continue where they left off?
2017: Before we are born our soul is considered generic or empty, free of a mission. However, once born we receive a body and a name, our name is the essence of our soul, and it can shed a clue on our mission and purpose in life. We search for the meaning of our name, and live accordingly. We are also part of one global soul, therefore we care that everyone is successful in their journey.
We may get another chance to relive a similar situation from our past, and choose a better outcome this time around.
2018: Once we’re born, we receive a body and a name. Our name is the essence of our soul, and it’s meaning is shown in our attributes. A person named “Joy” will bring joy to their family and friends. The names are not being picked in a vacuum. These names are being revealed from the subconscious to the conscious. If a name is a namesake of another person, it means that there is a possible unfinished task that was left by the namesake, that will need to be finished by the newborn. If we are privileged to name someone, we should take it very seriously. If you name someone after a character in a song, make sure you’ve listened to the lyrics.
The Six weeks period for a chance to correct the past:
2021: Fact is history repeats itself, but did you ever think why? Basically, it’s to give us a chance to fix it, to decide better/ differently or act on something that we probably should’ve the last time we encountered that choice or situation.
We have now entered a six-week period, from December 19th through January 29th, 2021, in which the Universe will be giving us a chance to correct a choice, an action, or a lack of action, that we have taken in the past. The event that will repeat itself could be on a personal level in our lifetime, or even on a community level going back a century ago. So, pay attention now is the time for a redo!
I encourage you to watch "The Dark Charisma of Adolph Hitler episode 1. The events in Washington DC on January 2021 are similar to the events that happened in Munich, Germany November 1923, and are documented in this episode 15 minutes into the program. Please share this link.

The Light is always there. Everyone can tune in to the Light in the level that their vessel is aligned for. The key for good communication with the Light is to be high spirited, and positive, especially around depressed and negative people. When we are down (Egypt is Mitzrayim, from the Hebrew root Tzar, meaning a narrow place, like the bottom of the pit), we see judgments and our communication is blocked. When we are up (Israel, from the Hebrew root Yashar, meaning to be aligned/tuned), we see mercy and protection. Only then there is two-way communication with the Light, and our requests will be materialized.
2017: We can have a clear vision when:
We love and we are kind.
We reflect and connect between our past behavior, and our present situation (Karma).
We find positivity in everything.
We overcome any challenge lying ahead of us.
We are grateful.
We bond with the people around us.
2018: To gain a clear vision of our specific journey, one must show love and kindness and reflection. We look at the skills we’ve acquired, we search for the inner passion that drives us towards our mission. We find the positive outcomes especially in events that are seemingly negative. It is important to be grateful and to bond with others and look for clues through those bonds we’ve created. We can then prepare for those challenges with the certainty that we will overcome them.
2019: To gain a clear vision of our specific journey, one must show love and kindness and reflection. We find the positive outcomes especially in events that are seemingly negative. It is important to be grateful and to bond with others and look for clues through those bonds we’ve created. We can then prepare for those challenges with the certainty that we will overcome them. We have the ability to see our past misjudgments, that had caused us to pass on the desired actions.
If we dwell on grievances that other people have done to us, or compare what we have received from our parents to what our siblings have received, we may be haunted by these issues, and we will become a victim of the circumstances. We may get stuck eventually. We should not blame others. Maybe we project our own behavior onto other people. Every sibling has different needs. We should reflect on if we have been receiving what we need. As the time pass we may be able to see in hindsight why events happened the way they did. the bigger picture. This is how we can free ourselves from suffering. We ask why things happen to us, and wait for clues that may show us the blessings in disguise.
2021: How can we see the goodness in other people? Like the animals in the animal kingdom, our survival is our natural instinct. We are wired to decide between fight or flight in a split of a second. In order to survive, we categorize faces with preconceived biases, and pull these biases out of our memory quickly when we encounter a new face. But we also have another part of the soul that connects us to each other on that soul level. The goal is to let this soul override our fight or flight instinct, push aside our preconceived biases, and open our heart with a clean slate to any new soul we meet.

Identify your ego (Pheroh) issue. Remind it to yourself when you wake up every day. Confront it all day long. It is your life long opponent, and you are in a constant war.
2017: After we become aware of an idea, an inside voice keep trying to steer us the wrong way using fear tactics. This inside voice is our opponent, whom we should ignore, and stay on track with our original awareness.
2018: We have a Dark side that blocks us from receiving Light in our neutral state. We are aware of it, but if it’s being ignored, it hinders our success. We would like to monitor our behavior, transform our deficiencies, and become more successful.
2019: We all have that little voice within, it’s like an internal opponent. This week it feels as though it’s tightened its grip, and as a result we are showing our imperfections, when we are reacting after being poked and pushed around. This may be an opportune time to reflect on them and consider how to react differently and/or correct it the next time it may occur.
Beshalach-
When we are humble, the ego (Pheroh) is weak and under control (Weak is chalash in Hebrew) and the Light can come in and lead us. There are 2 radio stations in our head: the ego (Pheroh) and the Light (Moshe Rabbenu). When we are tuned to the Light, and follow it with our actions, the consequence is growth. Our life’s goal is to grow to our full potential, by following the Light directions. The ego stops us from growing. Doubts (the letters Amalek = Safek , it means a doubt in Hebrew) is the #1 tool of the ego to beat us. Doubts are always chasing us (Hebrew’s root of Refidim is Radaf, to chase in Hebrew). We have to follow the Light with full certainty.
2017: Send away (Shalah = שלח), Young lion (shahal = שחל ), Weak (halash = חלש),
Harden ( hashal = חשל), whisper (lahash = לחש).
2018: We always show kindness, when we are connecting with people. We listen to them, and then speak quietly. Overtime, our kindness may be interpreted as weakness by some people. They may be trying to take advantage of us in our relationship. When it happens, we may protect ourselves in different ways: harden our heart and say no, when we feel like we’re being used; send these people away, and avoid them; or, explain to them why taking advantage of people is not acceptable behavior. While all these methods make us feel better, only the last one has the potential to make another person better.
2019: We all have that little voice within, it’s like an internal opponent. This week it feels as though it’s released its grip, and as a result we have an opportunity to see our ailments and imperfections. This may be an opportune time to reflect on them and consider how to react differently and/or correct it the next time it may occur.
2023: There are times that we feel stuck, like standing in thick mud, unable to move. Maybe we lacked the resources, or circumstances got in the way so that it was difficult to move forward with our plans. Question is, do we escape the situation? Is surrendering to the situation the answer? Or perhaps fighting the situation could be the answer? How about praying and hoping for the best answer? All these reactions, have some qualities in handling the situation, but forging forward is how we get to the break through. This is the week the Universe gives us openings to forge forward and free ourselves from whatever it was that held us back.
Yitro (Conjugation of Yod, Tav, Raish)
It is all about your transformation from listening to your ego/Logic/Male soul (Pheroh) and being trapped in narrow places (Egypt), to listening to your Light/Guts/Female soul (Moshe) and being aligned with the Light (Israel). Once he/She realizes their excess (Yeter) of ego, he/she starts to travel spiritually, take the advantage (Yitaron) of listening to his/hers guts, receive more (yoter) light in their life, abandon materialistic desires. What he/she left (Notar) with is oneness with the Light. From this moment on her/she are released (Mootar) from the grip of ego, and leave (Hotir) positive imprint in the universe.
2018: Our goal in life is to fulfill our purpose, and reach our potential. Are we on the right track, or do we need to change direction? Have we identified what we need to correct? Which of the following emotions can we improve on? Love, Discipline, Compassion, Endurance, Humility, or Connectivity. The better we get, the more wisdom, understanding and knowledge we can receive.
2019: When we start our adult lives, we are in our spiritual starting point, our current selves. Our full potential, our future selves is unknown, and we should aspire to achieve it. Following our passion as a guide to find our purpose in life, toiling through challenges and embracing them as opportunities to grow, reflecting on our spiritual state on a regular basis to monitor our current selves, will ensure growth towards our potential.
2022: Have you ever wondered why you happened to over hear a conversation or stumbled upon some kind of memory? Think about it like the universe is trying to tell you something, maybe be more aware of something. Take it in, listen without judgement or opinions and just let it sink in for a bit. This flow of information was set for your awareness, perhaps to answer a question or a challenge that’s before you. Just be aware and the answers will come.
2023: We commit to people usually after we hear what they have to offer. But on some occasions, we commit to someone before we hear what they have to say. These occasions have a couple of conditions in common that make us do it. First, we’ve probably been stuck for a while in a tough situation, or maybe even hit rock bottom. Second, we trust that person who propose us the offer. But there is a higher level of trust that we should consider, and this is to trust the Universe. It means that if we have committed to forge forward last week, whoever brings us an offer this week, they were sent to us by the Universe to help us get out of being stuck. Therefore, we should commit without hesitation this week.
Mishpatim
All the laws are derived from a simple (Pashut in Hebrew) law (Mishpat in Hebrew): Cause and effect. Whatever we throw into the universe will come back to us at later time. Sometime it expands (Mitpashet in Hebrew) into the next lifetime. The universe takes care of fulfilling the law without the human intervention. We come to the world to correct our soul alignment with the Light, but the body and ego fight us from the moment we wake up until we go to sleep. If we are slaved to our ego, and cannot free ourselves from bondage in seven reincarnations, we are going to stay as a soul (no more reincarnations) until redemption.
2017: The law of Karma is simple. Our past reactive behavior is being tested again in the present, and our current reaction will be tested again in the future. In order to get out of this circle, we need to stop reacting like a victim, blaming others for our situation. We have to understand that we are the cause of it, and we need to correct it within us. One of the reasons for being angry is that we are witnessing someone else behaving like ourselves. It is one of the ways for the universe to tell us what behavior we need to correct. It is called the mirror effect. After we correct our behavior, witnessing it won’t make us angry, and we won’t see it in the future.
2018: Life gives us many chances to adjust the decisions that we've made in the past, and now is a good time to reflect and perhaps choose a better path in our journey. How do we choose a better path? We follow our passion and dreams, like those things that excite us and drive us. We may not know how to complete the path, we probably need to leave our comfort zone...., but we take that first step with certainty that this will be successful and fulfilling.
2019: Cause and effect. Whatever we throw into the universe will come back to us at later time. Sometime it expands into the next lifetime. The universe takes care of fulfilling the law without the human intervention. We come to the world to correct our soul alignment with the Universe, but the body and ego fight us from the moment we wake up until we go to sleep. If we are slaved to our ego, and cannot free ourselves from bondage in few reincarnations, we are going to stay as a soul, letting our soulmate’s team to take care of our own miss-alignments.
2020: A year is one life time. The Hebrew worker is a divine masculine soul. His wife is his divine feminine soulmate. The master is the ego. If the divine masculine soul reincarnated 6 life times, without letting go of his ego, the divine soul would not reincarnate again, and will stay in the realm of souls. Both soulmate will stay together. If the masculine divine soul loves its ego, he won’t be freed. The ego will bring down the masculine divine soul. The ego has no power over the divine feminine soul.
2020: We live in a world of cause and effect. We hope that people will treat us the way that we treat them. We try to be ourselves. But our natural self is not the best version of ourselves. We can behave better in situations that we are not comfortable with. We may be a naturally warm loving person, but lack the ability to give others space to grow independently at the same time. We may be a naturally disciplinary person, but lack the ability to do it with warmth, and kindness. We may be a naturally persevering person, but crush everyone around us, not knowing when to yield. We may be a naturally humble person, but giving up on our ideas too early. When people make us angry, we may see our own behavior projected. We should reflect and check, if it is what we need to improve in ourselves. If we have a partner, a spouse, or a soulmate, each one should lead the other in what they are naturally good at. If we make mistakes we get another chance.
Teruma
There is no gain or loss of energy (Temura in Hebrew) when we change from one kind of energy to another (Hatmara in Hebrew). When we donate money (Truma) we give physical money, which is energy, and we feel lightened (gained energy). When we have to deliver a harsh message (negative energy) to someone, we have to deliver it with love (positive energy). If we do it with love, the recipient will make us feel better (gain positive energy).
2017: We have the ability to elevate the spirit of other people, making them feel better, by smiling, starting a conversation, listening, and being compassionate. All it takes is a small effort. We also have the ability to better the livelihood of other people, giving them comfort, by donating clothes, food, offering shelter or giving money. Living this way, only elevates our own spirit, and makes our lives better too.
2018: The numerical value of Shekel שקל is 30 + 100 + 300 = 430
Giving half of a shekel, could be understood as giving half of 430, which is 430 : 2 = 215
One of the Hebrew words, that their numerical values is 215 Hazar חזר 200 + 7 + 8 = 215
The root Hazar means to return.
It could be understood in both ways. We return back to the Temple what we have received earlier, meaning that we use our skills that we gained in our life to reveal what we came to do in this world (our Temple).
It also means that whatever we have been giving to the Temple, we can get back later. Meaning that our legacy, energy, is not lost, but exists forever and can be tapped by new generations (reincarnation of our souls).
Tetzave
The power of a team (Tzevet in Hebrew) working together (Tzavta in Hebew) is greater than the sum of power of each individual working alone. The team can concur any challenge as long as they have 100% certainty in their success. Killing doubts (Amalek = Safek, doubts in Hebrew) as they arise is the key. The 100% success of the team comes from the hidden team member ( Yod, Hey, Vav, Hey) which is semi revealed in the Vav and Hey of the suffix of Tetzave.
2019: When we work as a team, the power of the team is greater than the sum of power of each one of us working alone. We can conquer any challenge as long as all of our team members project positivity, and have certainty in their success. The universe is the hidden member that supports our team. So even when we are by ourselves, we never work alone, because the universe is working with us behind the scene, providing us with the help we
need.
Why is Aaron commanded to wear a robe with bells and pomegranates sewn onto its hem, so that ‘‘its sound shall be heard when he enters into the holy before G-d.
The answer is in the Hebrew letters when we apply gematria (the numerical values of the Hebrew letters):
פַּֽעֲמֹ֤ן וְרִמּ֔וֹן = (bell and pomegranate)
פַּֽעֲמֹן = 50+40+70+80 = 240 (Bell)
וְרִמּ֔וֹן = 50+6+40+200+6 = 302 (and Pomegranate)
240+302 = 542
קולות= 400+6+30+6+100 = 542 (voices)
The answer is: The priest will convey the voices of the people before G-d.
Ki Tisa
2016: We need to stand out from the crowd and use our talent to do what we came to do. Be proactive, volunteer, become a leader.
2018: We look at the people in our lives, starting with our family, then continue at work, and our community. There is someone who needs help somewhere. We can stand out from the crowd and use our talent to help them. We would like to lead by example.
2019: Why are we obligated to help?
We have a natural talent of some sort, a gift from the Universe, and we’ve also acquired skills through our lives, that we’ve honed and perfected. We use it to advance ourselves most of the time, but we also have to look around at our surroundings, at the people in our lives, starting with our family members, and then our community. There is always someone who needs help somewhere around us, and we have what it takes to help them. We are obligated to use our talent and skills to help and give back to others. We hope that we will be treated, the same way that we treat others, when we need help, so we lead by example.
Purim: The universe is helping us by removing uncertainties and doubts today.
2021: There is a day starting from Thursday 25th evening through Friday 26th evening, when the Universe helps us to gain confidence and remove doubts. It will be helpful if we give gifts to the needy, and food for the hungry people around us. Let’s surround ourselves with happiness.
Who doesn’t want help from the universe? I know we can all use as much help as possible. Luckily, we have been provided with a 24-hour period beginning Thursday the 25th and ending Friday the 26th sundown to sundown. This is a window where the universe offers up a boost of confidence and opportunity to remove doubts. We should strive at this time to surround ourselves with happiness and share in our bounty by providing gifts to the needy, food for the hungry and help shelter those in need. We should all take full advantage of this period. Let’s have a feast on Thursday evening, and enjoy being ourselves on Friday.
Vayakhel
2017: The community (Kehilah in Hebrew) improves the individual. Whenever we are down, the community can bring us back up. We should reach out to our community to get help.
2019: There are times when we might need help, from friends, relatives and our community. This help can come in different ways, like a business referral, or contact info for help, even just a space to stay for a moment. We should never overlook this important resource, if one doesn't ask, one will not necessarily receive. It's important to reach out, ask for help and receive what is needed.
Pikudei
2017: Everyone is unique. The behavior of the individual expands and reverberates through other individuals, ripples through society and changes our community. By becoming a better person, we are improving our community.
2019: Like musicians in an orchestra, we each have a part to play in the symphony. When all goes well and everyone is in sync, the music comes across as a beautiful dreamlike instrumental reverie. With that said, we should always give room to that musician, that artist, anyone with a message, so that we all play our part and music continues.
Vayakhel- Pikudei
2018: We influence our community, and the community influences us. The people in our lives affect us. We can choose our friends and the community that we live in. We reach out to our friends to get the support that we need, whenever we are down. On the other hand when we are up, we can help our friends and the community to become better. We can improve ourselves, and lead by example. Our new energy will affect our family, and the people around us.
Vayikra
We have to sacrifice our beastly behavior to become closer to the Light. But in order for the Light to come in, we have to make a room in our vessel, nullify our ego. We should appreciate our life, admit making mistakes. We have to harness our beastly drive to be humble.
2017: Everyone is on their journey during their lifetime. We may have the right idea, or we may need to change our actions. The Universe may be giving us clues on how to act. We need to, ask the questions, and wait for answers. Then we can proceed in the right direction. We are on the right track, when we follow our passion.
2019: Each person has their unique life path. It's important to reassess our actions and be open to guidance from the Universe. We should inquire and be patient for the responses, which might manifest in various forms. Once we gain insights, we can confidently move forward. If we're aligned with our true path, we'll experience excitement, happiness, and eagerness, often finding ourselves passionately immersed in our endeavors. The Universe beckons us to embrace our next step.

Tzav
2017: We make mistakes sometimes, but the universe always gives us chances to fix it. We have a chance to fix our relationships and make piece at home, at work or in our community this week. If we missed this chance, don’t worry, we will get it again and again until we get it right.
It is also the time to reflect and make our new year resolutions. We may find couple things that we would like to change in our natural selves. We can start being conscious about it, and avoid repeating these behaviors.
This one was not published:
2018: We would like to treat everyone with dignity. Wisdom is shared among everyone. No one can gain complete wisdom without learning from other's contribution. Therefore, the wise gain wisdom through learning from everyone. We should listen and pay attention to people around us, no matter how old they are, especially to young kids. We should pay attention to people in all levels of power, no matter how they are dressed. We should be open to new ideas, even from people who we disagree with. We never know who is going to share a piece of their wisdom and when, therefore we listen passionately.
2018: Tzav = צו = 96 = ה אמן = ה immen = ה coached. ה coached your divine soul.
Esh Tamid = אש תמיד = 755 = תשנה= You will make a difference (in this world)
We should believe in ourselves, and follow our passion, because it is guiding us to fulfill our purpose in life. We may need to keep working to pay the bills, and occupy ourselves with our passion at the same time. Hopefully, we will be able retire from our jobs, and earn money occupying ourselves with our passion. We should ask ourselves: Who are we? How will we utilize the skills, and the connections, that we have acquired in our life, to achieve our purpose?
We should be true to ourselves, inside and outside, no matter where we came from, where we are going to, what we are wearing, all the time.
2019: You know that gut feeling we get when something seems just right? That can be explained as passion. Something that our soul says we just love doing, our ultimate purpose for being here on this earth. We are sometimes in a space where we can't just focus on our passions and instead need to focus on paying bills. So, when this happens we must work on both at the same time. Hopefully, we can actually earn money by working with what gives us passion. Good questions to ask are, who are we? How should we utilize the skills, connections and talents that we've acquired, to achieve our purpose?
We should be true to ourselves, inside and out, no matter where we came from, where we are going, what we are wearing, and how we react all the time.
2019: The Seven Weeks of Transformation: 1st week: Friday 4/10 Thursday 4/16
1st week: Love and kindness.
We are all essentially connected like a tapestry of life. Our soul needs love as much as our body requires food and liquids. We give and show love and kindness to people around us, because love has the power of healing. Sick people who are surrounded by loving friends and family members, heal faster. When we feel loved, it gives us power so that we can push ourselves, follow our dreams, and reach our potential.
Friday 4/10: How one perceives love is important to note... Are we comfortable with showing love, or are we embarrassed?
Saturday 4/11: Are we loving appropriately? Are we being overbearing, or are we being limited.
Sunday 4/12: Are we compassionate when we love?
Monday 4/13: Does our love show through even when we’re tired, hungry, sad? Do we give love even when we don’t feel loved back?
Tuesday 4/14: Are we thankful for being able to love others, or only when we are being loved by others?
Wednesday 4/15: Do we feel that our bond with people is getting stronger when we love, or do we feel lonelier?
Thursday 4/16: Are we being loved sincerely, or do we feel hurt?
Shemini
2017: Our efforts result in achievements. We can see the relationship between the effort and its outcome. The more effort we engage in, the more success we can accomplish. This week we have the ability to tap to a spiritual realm, where the results will come effortless.
2018: This is the week that we would like to grow, go to the next level, get out of our comfort zone, get closer to fulfill our potential, because we can tap into energies that are beyond the physical universe. Once we are working on our purpose in life, these energies are here to support us. This week we should add love and compassion with our self-discipline and good judgment. We call it tough love.
2019: This week it’s about growth, reconnecting with ourselves, our family and our community. Getting out of our comfort zone and chasing off to the next step, that next level that gets us closer to achieving our potential. We are provided with an open channel this week that we can tap into energies that are beyond the physical realm. This energy allows us to take advantage of any week’s energy. Like holding the Joker card or wild card (pick an energy you like) so that we can complete our mission. Ultimately these energies are here to support us and show us what’s missing so that we can improve and grow and achieve our ultimate potential.
Pesach
2018: We’d like to accomplish order in our lives. The next seven weeks is a good time to work on improving that order. It is also time to work on that one thing you want to correct about yourself or your life. This week we should show love and kindness- especially if we are uncomfortable doing it.
2019: How do we become a better version of ourselves? First, we need to identify what the root cause of what is crippling us, and stopping us from responding better? Is it reasonable to become mindful about it? One choice we can make is, to mentally declare a goal to eradicate this root cause. It is recommended that this Tuesday night 4/7/2020 is a really good time to mentally declare our goal for the coming year. We can reflect on how the root cause had crippled us in the past, and proactively create an “if, then” better reaction to future incidents and or scenarios in the future. As we continue to encounter these moments, we revise our “if, then” reaction plans when we fail. If we have mastered this root cause after a year, we can move on to our next issue, otherwise we may stick with it for another year.
2020: How do we become a better version of ourselves? First, we need to be mindful, and acknowledge our natural behavior. Then we decide on one aspect that we would like to improve. It is best to have our wish mentally announced between Tuesday night 4/7 through Wednesday 4/8. The Universe will keep giving us chances to work on this aspect. When we become aware that it is about to surface, we need to consciously manage ourselves. We may add another aspect next year, and always remember to consciously keep managing ourselves.
2019: The Seven Weeks of Transformation: 2nd week Friday 4/17 Thursday 4/23
2nd week: self-judgment and self- discipline.
Good judgement and discipline is useful when we judge and discipline ourselves, and it’s always a good idea to lead by example. Ultimately, we’d like to behave appropriately, like not being too intense which can hurt or by being too easy which may be ineffective. It’s best to begin with ease, and increase intensity over time until we receive that positive feedback that we are seeking. If we judge and discipline our children, grandchildren, or others, we judge a reflection of ourselves, therefore we need to discipline ourselves.
Friday 4/17: Do we discipline with love and kindness?
Saturday 4/18: Are we disciplining appropriately? Are we being too harsh, or are we being too lenient?
Sunday 4/19: Are we compassionate and merciful when we judge and discipline?
Monday 4/20: Are we more lenient with discipline when we’re tired, or hungry? Do we give up on self-discipline when there are setbacks, or when we are overcome with temptations?
Tuesday 4/21: Are we thankful when we receive constructive criticism and reflect on it, or only thankful when we discipline others?
Wednesday 4/22: Do we feel that our bond with people is getting stronger when we get criticized, or do we end the relationship?
Thursday 4/23: Are we being disciplined sincerely, or do we feel hurt?
Tazria
2017: A soul has some corrections to do, but how will it know what needs to be done? Before it enters a body, it splits into feminine and masculine half souls. Through purification process the feminine soul becomes more refine than the masculine soul. Then they enter two fetuses to journey through life. Later these two halves soul may reunite in life as a couple in marriage, and become one soul again. From this point on, the feminine soul, the nurturer (could be in a male or a female body) will help the masculine soul (could be in a male or a female body) to make the corrections and improvements, since the feminine part was chosen and was elevated for that purpose.
2018: The words that come out of our mouths influence our future. They create energies that will be formed into events in our lives later. It is like planting seeds that will become trees, and give us fruits to eat in the future. It is important to stop negative thoughts before we speak them out loud. If we have nothing positive to say, it is better to be quiet. Don't be the devil's advocate. If we are working on a project, it is better to stay quiet about it, before the project is done.
2019: The Seven Weeks of Transformation: 3rd week Friday 4/24 Thursday 4/30
3rd week: Compassion and beauty
Compassion is feeling empathy to the pain of others. We combine both love and judgment at the same time. We place ourselves in the other person shoes. We are all essentially connected like a tapestry of life. Our compassion should bring our relationships to the next level. When we feel compassion, it gives us power so that we can push ourselves, follow our dreams, and reach our potential.
Friday 4/24: Are we warm compassionate without being judgmental?
Saturday 4/25: Are we being compassionate appropriately? Are we being overbearing, or are we being limited?
Sunday 4/26: Are we compassionate about our compassion, or do we do it because it is the right thing to do?
Monday 4/27: Are we less compassionate when we’re tired, or hungry? Do we stop being compassionate when we don’t see improvement over time?
Tuesday 4/28: Are we humble when we empathize with someone, or do we feel righteous?
Wednesday 4/29: Do we feel that our bond is getting stronger when we help others, or do we feel that once we are done, our relationship will be over?
Thursday 4/30: Are we being sincere when we help, or are we doing a favor?
Metzora
2017: When we are young, we learn how to control our behavior. When we grow up, we learn how to control the words that we speak. When we become spiritual, we learn how to control our thoughts. The thoughts, form our words, and manifest in our behavior. Therefore, we have to shut down negative thoughts, when we become aware of it, and switch to a positive consciousness instead.
2019: The words we speak and the way we behave in the next 12 days, April 6th- April 17th, will affect our lives in the following 12 months. When we are young, we learn how to control our behavior. When we grow up, we learn how to control the words that we speak. When we become spiritual, we learn how to control our thoughts. The thoughts, form our words, and manifest in our behavior. Therefore, we have to shut down negative thoughts, when we become aware of it, and switch to a positive consciousness instead.

2024: Life is a constant interplay between two opposing forces: selfishness and selflessness. In moments of excitement, ambition, yearning, or love, we may be driven by selfish desires, escaping reality. Conversely, experiences of awe, humility, devotion, and commitment ground us, driven by selfless motivations. Achieving a healthy balance involves allowing the Universe to guide us, seamlessly transitioning between these two realms.
2017: 4th week of Counting the Omer:
When the going gets tough, we get tougher. If we think that we are on the right course, we keep going with passion. We embrace the challenge ahead, knowing that it is in our power to overcome it, not due to our strength, but due to our invisible partner, the universe. As long that we and the universe are working side by side, we don’t give up. We respect any challenge.
2018: 4th week of Counting the Omer:
Today is about loving to persevere.
Today is about deciding when to persevere, and when to change the plan.
Today is about persevering with compassion.
Today is about enduring perseverance.
Today is about being humble when enduring, knowing that we are being helped every step in our struggle.
Today is about enduring commitment to our partners.
Today is about persevering with dignity.
2019: The Seven Weeks of Transformation: 4th week Friday 5/1 Thursday 5/7
4th week: Will-power and perseverance.
Will-power is our drive towards success. When the going gets tough, we get tougher. If we think that we are on the right course, we keep going with passion. We embrace the challenge ahead, knowing that it is in our power to overcome it, not due to our strength, but due to our invisible partner, the universe. While monitoring our situation, if we sense that the universe is pushing us on a different path, we are ready to yield, and change our course. The ability to be flexible is a sign for healthy will-power. We would like to respect any challenge. Perseverance propels us to towards our potential.

Wednesday 5/6: Do we feel that our bond is getting stronger when overcoming a challenge together, or do we break up our relationships?
Thursday 5/7: Do we overcome challenges with integrity, or do we cheat our way out in order to succeed?
Acharei Mot
2017: We try to operate between two opposite worlds, spiritual and physical. Our soul yearns to keep us busy in our personal growth, goals, dreams, desires, but our body anchors us in the daily routines, family members, relationships, home and work. The healthy way of living, is to move back and forth between both worlds, not getting stuck in either one, finding spiritual sparks of excitement and passion in the mundane, empowering our family members, reaching our dreams as a family, not leaving anyone behind.
Kedoshim
2017: המבדיל בין קודש לחול Separate between holly (קודש)and mundane (חול)
We are all equal, but each one of us is unique, like the grains of sand (חול). We have to persevere (לשקוד ( on our purpose in life to become holly ( קדוש).
2019: The Hebrew word for holly is kadosh, but looking carefully at the Hebrew text, the word kadosh is spelled differently each time in the same verse.
The kadosh referring to G-d is spelled קדוש , and the kadosh referring to Bnei Israel is spelled קדש.
Therefore we are not as holy as G-d.
By rearranging the letters we can learn the meaning of this verse:
Holly = Kadosh = שקוד = קדוש = Shakod = To take a good care, persevere.
Holly = Kadosh = שקד = קדש = Shaked = Almond
G-d takes good care of us, and we are almonds.
Many almond trees are not self-pollinating, so bees provide the missing piece of the puzzle. So is G-d, the missing piece in our success as human beings. When we understand that we do not act alone, but we have a hidden partner, we can reach our potential, and illuminate our environment with the Divine.
Therefore, we have to be humble.
2022: To be holy is to be unique, is to be exclusive, is to be beyond. The Creator of all is unique, exclusive, and beyond. Connect with the Creator and holy we shall be. Here are the Deeds for the connections, to help achieve this holiness: do not worship (l)imitations; be righteous, charitable; uphold the law; celebrate the Shabbath, the tranquility of the world; be purely and morally intimate; be honest; honor, revere parents; keep life holy and holy you shall be. Here’s the fundamental principle: Love your fellow as yourself.
2017: 5th week of Counting the Omer:
Our power come from our invisible partner. All we bring to the partnership is desire, specifically the desire to keep this partnership indefinitely. Therefor we have to be humble. The combination of faith and humility, will get us to where we need to be. Being thankful and grateful daily helps increasing our humility.
2019: The Seven Weeks of Transformation: 5th week Friday 5/8 Thursday 5/14
5th week: Humility.
Humility lets us receive wisdom from anyone. Our power comes from our invisible partners. All we bring to the partnerships is our desire, specifically our desire to keep these partnerships indefinitely. This partnership, will get us to where we need to be. Being grateful and thankful daily helps increasing our humility. Humility is necessary to reach our potential.
Friday 5/8: Are we grateful and thankful with love or with envy?
Saturday 5/9: Are we always being grateful and thankful, or only when people are around us?
Sunday 5/10: Are we grateful and thankful with compassion, or we are just used to it?
Monday 5/11: Do we stop being grateful and thankful when there are setbacks, or do we continue, no matter the situation we are in?
Tuesday 5/12: Do we think that we are humble, or we are not humble enough?
Wednesday 5/13: Do we feel that our bond is getting stronger when we are grateful and thankful, or do we feel inferior and break up our relationships?
Thursday 5/14: Do we feel being taken care of with dignity, or do we feel low self-esteem?
Emor
2017: We tell our history in order to make better judgments on events in our lives. First, we start surveying to find WHAT shaped us during our lives: school programs, after school programs, special events, mentors, teachers, special people that shaped us, work/business, and hobbies. Second, we connect the dots and figure out HOW these life events/people helped to shape who we became today. Third, we ask WHY we needed it in our lives, in order to do what we are passionate about. Once we figured it out, we can make better judgments about the situations we are in, and our purpose in life.
2020: Each one of us is unique and irreplaceable, we are all a piece of the larger puzzle. It is important to stay away from negativity, gossip and cursing. This actually creates separation from our pure soul, disharmony and fragmentation in the universe. It would be better to use our words wisely and speak positively so we can empower people, and create harmony and unity in the universe. Together we can reach our potential as a whole.
2019: The Seven Weeks of Transformation: 6th week Friday 5/15 Thursday 5/21
6th week: Bonding.
We are social beings, and we need to bond with each other. Our early bonding, when we were babies, with our primary caregiver, usually a parent, affected our adult mental health. The power of a bond, is greater than just the sum of the individuals. We motivate and encourage each other to reach our potential.
Friday 5/15: Do we bond with love or with envy?
Saturday 5/16: Do we judge our relationships when we bond, and know when to break up our relationships, or do we find ourselves in relationships with people that hurt us, or take advantage of us?
Sunday 5/17: Do we bond with compassion in person, or we just “bond” on social media?
Monday 5/18: Do we stop bonding when there are setbacks, or do we continue, no matter the situation we are in?
Tuesday 5/19: Are we humble when we bond, or are we arrogant?
Wednesday 5/20: Do we feel that our relationships are getting stronger, or do they fall apart?
Thursday 5/21: Do we feel dignity in our relationships, or do we feel low self-esteem?

2019: We recount meaningful events in our life. We recognize skills that we have acquired. These can give us clues on our purpose. We ask ourselves why are we here? Why do we need these skills? What are we passionate about? Once we figured it out, we can pursue our purpose. Each one of us is unique, and not replaceable. Only we can do what we came to do. We can make a difference in this world.
2020: Over time we all become a little arrogant, believing that we reap what we sow. In actuality it’s the universe that is really in control. For instance, when we employ someone we are thinking that it’s is us who is giving that person sustenance, but that is only half true, it’s the universe that employs us to employ others and we can only see this when we take time off. It’s important to stop, look and listen to the universe. We should recognize that we are partners with the universe and believe that what we reap we shall sow but remember that the universe is only halfway in charge because we must do our part as well and be humble that it’s not just ME.... it’s WE.
Bechukotai
2017: Chukotai (חקותי) my laws = Chakoti (חקותי) imitate me.
2020: Challenges come with mercy and hopefully we can “see” the blessing in disguise. Setbacks are for the purpose of growing, therefore we have to embrace it. The secret to our success is the knowledge and faith that, when we persevere, we can overcome every challenge in front to us.
2019: The Seven Weeks of Transformation: 7th week Friday 5/22 Thursday 5/28
7th week: Dignity and respect.
We are social beings, and this week we feel how other people respect us. In the previous six weeks, we were acting based on the theme of the week, with a different aspect each day. This week, we are gauging how we behave, based on how other people treat us. All we need is to be sensitive, and reflect. What we find out this week, will guide us how to improve in the future, and get us closer to our potential.
Friday 5/22: How are we being loved by others?
Saturday 5/23: How are we being disciplined and judged by others?
Sunday 5/24: How compassionately are our issues being dealt with?
Monday 5/25: How much patience others have for us, when we make mistakes?
Tuesday 5/26: How grateful are the people around us?
Wednesday 5/27: How strong are our relationships?
Thursday 5/28: Are we being respected?

2018: We are all born with a purpose in life and that is why we were reborn. It could vary from one small action to a long period mission. When we live purposeless life, the universe will push us, by gradually giving us setbacks, until we wake up and realize what we came to do here on earth. These setbacks have a good purpose, they get us going in the right direction. Living a spiritual life is constantly seeking for our purpose.
2020: Living spiritual life is like living in the desert. We find the essence of life hidden under the surface. The same applies in daily life. The challenge is to hear our soul’s quiet voice masked by loud voices, and tune-in to that. Our first awareness, is coming from our soul. Once we are aware of something, everything that follows in our head, thoughts, arguments, internal resistant, are all coming from our body.
We have different ways of getting messages, but we should always stick with our initial awareness. Tuning-in to the first awareness is the key to follow our soul. Humility helps us to tune-in to our soul messages. Sadness, anger, pain, ego, etc., makes it harder to tune-in.
2025: Living a spiritual life is like journeying through the wilderness. On the surface, we may feel afraid, lost, or overwhelmed. But beneath those feelings lies the essence of life—waiting to be discovered. It is there, beneath the surface, that we must find the courage and faith to carry us through.
Shavuot:
2018: Today we have a window to visualize our potential. If we are able to visualize/imagine/dream/feel it, we are obligated to work towards it. Our goal is to reach our potential, fulfilling our purpose in this world.
2019: We are all born with a purpose in life and that is why we were reborn. It could vary from one small action to a long period mission. When we live a purposeless life, the universe will push us, by gradually giving us setbacks, until we wake up and realize what we came here to do on Earth These setbacks have a good purpose, they get us going in the right direction. Living a spiritual and meaningful life is all about constantly seeking our purpose.
We mentally declared our goal seven weeks ago, to eradicate the root cause of what is crippling us for the coming year. After seven weeks of transformation, we hopefully have cleared our blockages, and are ready to follow the Universe without resisting its forces, to less challenging pastures.

Naso = נשא = lift up, carry

2018: While the soul is inside a body, it pushes the body to fulfill their purpose in life, and the body achieves it, by channeling the energy and focusing it on the mission. Timing is everything, so the soul may need to wait for the right time. When we listen to our soul while living our daily lives, moving towards our goal in the right pace, we wake up excited, and energized every day.
2020: The key for living healthy life, is keeping a balance between two conflicting forces. The conflict between a desire to work on our career and work on our family, between keeping our personal standards and keeping society standards. The battle between our yearning for transcendence and the need for material survival, between protecting personal peace and protecting social justice.
Numbers 7:89 And when Moses would enter the Sanctuary to speak with [G-d], he would hear the voice speaking to him from above the cover of the Ark of Testimony, from between the two kruvim; and it spoke to him [only].
"he (Moses) would hear the voice speaking to him from above the kaporet...from between the two krubim"
כַּפֹּ֨רֶת֙ kaporet is from the root of to atone, l'happer לכפר
כְּרֻבִ֑ים kruvim when the letters are re-arranged in Hebrew it becomes 'vehicles' רכבים rehavim.
Mosheh - the Hebrew letters משה are in our soul נשמה 'neshamah'
We can understand this verse this way:
Our soul will hear the voice when it reaches a level beyond atonement (a level of humility) between the vehicles.
What are the two vehicles?
Chesed (Love, kindness, giving) and Gvurah (Judgment, Self-discipline, receiving) are the vehicles, and Tiferet (Compassion, beauty, receiving for the purpose of giving) is in between.
If we want our soul to hear the divine voice, we have to reach a level of humility, and be compassionate.
Beha’alotecha
2017: We rise spiritually when we busy ourselves with our mission in life, and are accounted for it. We are able to see more positivity in the negativity around us. We can better connect more dots in our life story, trying to see the hidden purpose in events, that equip us to fulfil our mission. We can make better choices for the future. We are more willingly facing our challenges, knowing that it is for the purpose of our growth, and we can overcome it.
Our insight changes as we grow spiritually. If we saw that the cup was half empty in the past, we may see that the same cup is half full now.
If we saw that the cup was half full in the past, we may see that the same cup is half full with water and half full with air now.
If we saw that the cup was half full with water and half full with air in the past, we may see that the same cup and ourselves are vessels of desire, yearning to fulfill our mission.
If we saw that the cup and ourselves are vessels of desire, we may see that we are all connected, and each one of us has its unique purpose. We all need to play our part for humanity to be successful, like a musician in the orchestra of life.
2019: How do we know if we have grown spiritually? Can we find positive silver linings in seemingly negative situations? Are we more patience? Are we less reactive? Do we understand that we are all connected in the tapestry of life, and empower the people around us? Do we live in the grey area, knowing when to persevere, and when to yield, when to be warm and kind in the right amount, and when to discipline with kindness? Are we more grateful and thankful? Do we talk to strangers, when we stand in line, or riding the elevator? Do we listen to people, knowing that anyone may give us a piece of information, that we may need to know in the future? Do we feel that people respect us?
Are we living purposeful lives?
The Universe knows the past, present and future, and tries to help us move in the right direction. Therefore, it’s best for us to accept it and “go with the flow”.
Shelach
2017: Our mission in life was chosen for us. We are searching for it, by asking questions “Why am I here in this world?”, “What is my purpose in life?”, and waiting for the universe to answer. We may feel it internally, subconsciously. The hints will be all around us. We have to be tuned-in to be able to receive it.
2020: If we doubt ourselves, or we are easily being discouraged, we will fail. We need to trust ourselves, trust that the universe is helping us, but have humility. We need to listen to the universe, use our will power, but know when to yield.
Korach
2017: We get gifts from the universe to help us in our journey to reach our potential. Being grateful and thankful, help us keep recognizing these gifts that we have been receiving. While we feel so fortunate, we may explore how we can give back to the seemingly “unfortunate”. Their fortune is hidden, because they are the one who give us back the opportunity to help out and do good deeds.
2019: If we desire to partner with the Universe, we need to be humble, and understand that our strength comes from the Universe. If we can feel that the Universe tries to help us, pushing us in the right direction, then we need to listen to the forces, and follow like a skipper on a sailboat who navigates the boat using the waves, the currents and the wind to sail to their destination.
Chukat
2017: Law
When we keep taking gifts and misuse it, we stop receiving gifts at one point. If we start complaining why the gifts have stopped coming, we cause ourselves ailments, and sicknesses. Sharing a gift that we received with others on the other hand, increases the happiness in the universe, and may benefit us as well. The most important gifts in life are spiritual ones, like happiness, and we share them with everyone.

2018:
Pure= tahor = טהור = 220 = endless flow of Light
Impure = tamme = Opaque, sealed= atum = אטם = 50 = No flow of Light
The difference between pure and Opaque, sealed is 220 – 50 = 170 = סדוק = sadook = Cracked
All we need is one crack in the opaque seal to have the Light flow, and switch from impure to pure. To in order to get the Light in we need to crack the ego.
The laws of the universe:
Spring water is the manifestation of the Light in our physical world, and can purify the impure anything. All it takes is a crack in the seal, and water will fill up the vessel.
There are living people who merit a phenomenon in our world. When they pass away, someone else may take their place.
2019: Action and reaction or response, is the universal law. Like karma, every time we complain about a situation, we create a similar event in our future. When we whine to someone, it’s likely that someone will respond with a harsher story. It’s the Universes way of telling us to stop complaining. Hopefully, we recognize it and it’ll be the last time we would ever complain like that.
Essentially, we are immortal souls that live in a mortal body. While we are here we leave our imprint in the world through our surroundings and the people we encounter. We build a strong foundation with our loved ones while we are here and alive so that when we leave this body we can still help the living, based on that foundation that we built.

2017: The art of receiving, involves ingredients like desire, perseverance and humility. Sense of entitlements, blocks us from receiving. We receive what we need, not what we want. There is enough goodness for everyone. No need to compare our blessings with others, envy others, or diminish others blessings for our own gain. We’ve acquired the capabilities to complete our current mission at any moment of our life journey.
2018: Stubbornness is positive, when we are re-evaluating our situation after every failed attempt. We judge our perseverance while being humble. It is not about forcing our ideas on someone. It is about yielding to someone, AND getting the results in a roundabout way. On the other end, stubbornness without humility is negative, and may cause us to fail. We can only see the past and present, while the Universe knows the past, present and future, and tries to help us moving in the right direction. Therefore, we would like to go with the flow.
2019: Being stubborn is actually a positive thing if it’s when you’re evaluating a situation or a failed attempt at something. We should be judging our perseverance while at the same time being humble. It is not about forcing our ideas on someone. It is about yielding to someone or something AND getting the results in a roundabout way. On the other end, stubbornness without humility is negative, and may cause us to fail. We can only see the past and present, while the Universe knows the past, present and future, and tries to help us move in the right direction. Therefore, it’s best for us to accept it and “go with the flow”.
Pinchas
Pinchas פינחס = פני חיים Face of life;
Midianite woman אשת דנים= אשת מדין Woman of judgment;
Spear רחם = רמח mercy
Pinchas speared the Midinaite woman
We want to render judgment with mercy in order to improve our lives.
2017: What kind of life are we looking for? Whatever we are seeking, we may show it to others more often, and in return the universe will show it back to us. If we want to see smiley faces around us, we may smile more often. If we want to feel happiness, we may choose to be happy more often, and live life full of passion. If we want to be loved, we may want to show love. If we want to be healthy, we may want to be concerned about other people health issues. If we want to be appreciated, we may want to appreciate what we have, but ask for more for the sake of sharing. If we want to be treated with mercy, we may want to show more mercy in our judgments.
2018: There are moments in our lives that we can take leadership, and help someone without getting a reward. If we can give help anonymously, it is more powerful. We better jump on these opportunities and not let them slide by.
2019: There are moments in our lives that we can take leadership, and help someone without getting a reward. If we can give help anonymously, it is more powerful. If someone is mistreated, we better take an action to protect them. If a group of people is disenfranchised, we better stand up with them for their cause. We will better ourselves as an individual, and as humanity, if we jump on these opportunities and not let them slide by.
Leadership is also about us leading ourselves in a humble way, to fulfil our mission, and create our own legacy, while we live in this world.

2017: Sometimes our original plan needs to be tweaked, due to new obstacles that are arising. We may need to stick to our plan, or be flexible, and find new solution in order to continue in our journey. The universe has solutions to offer us, and we are invited to investigate new ways to proceed.
2021: Sometimes our original plan needs to be tweaked, due to new obstacles that are arising, and sometimes we need to stick to our original plan. This week we need to resist all that threatens our integrity and seek to deter us from our mission in life.

Journeys = מסעי =
2018: We are immortal souls, placed in mortal bodies, traveling our journeys, hopefully bringing our soul to its full potential. Early in our journey we like to help our community, and fight for social justice. In the middle of our journey, we realize that we have neglected some people in our own family, that can use our help. Afterwards we realize that the people in our family project our own behavior, and we better work on ourselves to fix the root cause of the issue. Once we overcome our own ailments, our family will project the improved version of ourselves, our community will project the improved version of our family, and the ripple effect will make world project the improved version of humanity.
2019: Our lives consist of small journeys.
6 Cities of Refuge:
6 Mitzvot (that are giving us refuge), that are always with us for our lifetime, and are represented by the 6 cities of refuge:
1. To believe in G-d, and that he created all that exists.
2. Not to believe in any power other than the creator.
3. To believe in absolute oneness.
4. To be in owe of G-d.
5. To love G-d.
6. Not to pursue the passions of the heart, or stray after the temptations presented by the eyes.
6 Cities of Refuge Names Hebrew meanings:
To kill unintentionally:
It is a metaphor for depriving our own flow of life, creating a disconnect between the creator and us, unintentionally.
It is a metaphor for, to envy someone, to be jealous of someone, or gossip about someone, that are depriving someone else’s flow of life unintentionally.
City of refuge = עיר (קלט) מקלט = klot = Hear and understand.

Moses speaks to us in the lower seven sfirot. He leads us to become a loving, disciplined, compassionate, willed power, humble, connected, and respectful human beings.
2019: We need to be aware of the things that happen around us. Family members or friends may need help. We need to listen to what people say, it may include clues, hints or answers for situations that we’ll need to solve at a later time. For example, we notice an object that we haven’t seen in a while, we should take a mental note about the location of the item. It’s about being aware, perhaps that object is something you’ll need in the near future, so don’t discard it. The Universe gives us the answers first (like the game Jeopardy), then we are asked the questions. Just like exchanging a few words with a stranger while waiting in line to buy something, may give us information that we will need later. And the same is true that we may be unknowingly giving messages to strangers. There are no coincidences when we communicate with strangers. Words form entities, and should be chosen carefully.
2020: Imagine climbing a circular staircase through time. You know that history repeats itself and we may experience an event in many different ways. How we respond to it determines later if it were to return to us perhaps in a different variation or form. This then repeats itself so that we have a chance to make better choices and repair it so that we can grow spiritually. This is a good time to reflect on past experiences and reactions and to consider other ways of responding that may have a better outcome. It’s a good idea to internalize your thoughts so that when that time does come back in the future, you will be ready to correct whatever it is that needs your attention, so that you may continue to climb to the next level on your journey.
Va’etchanan
Va’etchanan = ואתחנן = and I plead
2017: We may need to plea with someone for something that we would like for ourselves, or for the other person to change opinion/decision/action. We may be on the other end of the plea, where someone else may plea with us to change opinion/decision/action. If we are being asked to do something, we listen, consider it favorably, try to accept it, and hopefully act on the request.
2018: We may need to plea for someone else to receive good vibes and energy, of healing, love, fulfillment, happiness, freedom, comfort, serenity, certainty, confidence, endurance, or anything else that helps spiritual growth. Whatever energy we received, we can share. We would like to help each other.
2019: It’s all about helping each other, sharing our concerns, worries and even wins. Sometimes, we may need to plea for help from the Universe, to save us from losing something or someone that is dear to us. Or plea for someone to receive good vibes and healing energy, love, fulfillment, happiness, freedom, comfort, serenity, certainty, confidence, endurance, or anything that helps us with spiritual growth. Most importantly it’s about caring.
Tisha b’Av
Tu b’Av
2020: Five days after three weeks of being without protection, the Universe is giving us the energy of love. If we are looking for romance in our relationship, Tuesday 8/4/20 evening through Wednesday 8/5/20 evening is a good day. If we plan our wedding for next year, Friday 7/23/21 evening is a good day to get married.
Eikev
Eikev = עקב = Following
2017: We usually react to events too quickly, not letting more information unfold. We may need to slow down before we react to new confrontations/situations, and let the universe reveal more details before we decide how to react, or even if we should react at all. Patience, observance and good judgement, are the key ingredients when aligning ourselves with the universe.
2018: When unpleasant things happen to us, we should not ask the question “Why me?”
Whatever happens to us, it is for us to grow by design. When we accept it, embrace it and go through it, we are growing. The pain we feel, is an indication that we are growing. Asking “Why me?” indicates that we did not accept that, and it creates the same event in the future.
2020: We get everything that we need, when we follow the flow. It may not be everything that we want. If we find ourselves stagnant for too long, despite our perseverance to move forward, it is time to make a turn and change direction. It is the Universe that is trying to nudge us back to the flow. The longer we don’t follow the flow, the harder the Universe is nudging us. The longer we follow the flow, the more we feel blessed. Our awareness of oneness with the Universe, will make our journey to our destiny enjoyable.
2024: How do we fulfill our purpose, and reach our potential? Are we on the right track, or do we need to change direction? Have we identified what we need to correct? Which of the following emotions can we improve on: Love, Discipline, Compassion, Endurance, Humility, or Connectivity. The better we get, the more wisdom, understanding and knowledge we can receive. When we are actively humble, we respect others, we listen and hear people, we pick up clues from the Universe, and we are able to yield from a point of strength, not weakness. We
Re’eh
Re’eh = ראה = See
2017: How to attract blessings? By looking for positive aspects in all situations, and hopefully find it. By being certain that we can overcome every challenge in front of us.
By balancing our own desires, with the desire to better our family. By asking to receive in order to give. By sharing. By emptying our vessel, and filling it up:
We learn better when teach. We get answers when we ask questions. We expand our business when we donate to good causes. We get healthier when we pray for others. We are loved when we love others. We are respected when we respect others.
We may need to teach others good manners or if we receive criticism, that’s the time when we should stop and reflect and discipline ourselves to become better.
2018: How can we attract blessings? By looking for positive aspects in seemingly negative situations, and hopefully finding them. By being certain that we can overcome the challenges that face us. By being aware that we are all connected, so we can live in harmony. By being grateful for what we have, and at the same time have desire for more. By going with the flow, feeling the Universe and adjusting our paths accordingly. By following our passion and working on our mission.
Shoftim
Shoftim שופטים = = judges
2017: We usually judge with our 5 senses: taste, sight, touch, smell, and hearing. What we perceive with our senses in our mind should be the truth. However, we may use our 6th sense, intuition, gut feeling, to override these perceptions, and reveal the hidden truth.
Although we are constantly working on ourselves, we tend to drift back towards our natural behavior. We know these issues, because we are constantly reminded of them by our family/close friends about them. It is time to regain control over these undesired behaviors.
2018: Staying focus will be easier when we know what is our interest and desire. Then we can decide what distract us from our mission and what is helpful. Having the awareness of oneness, meaning that we are all connected and depend on each other, will adjust our mission to empower others too.
2019:
To kill:
It is a metaphor for lowering spiritual potential. It is done by judging others, envy, jealousy, gossip, slander, curse, and evil eye stare.
City of refuge = עיר (קלט) מקלט = kelot = Hear and understand.
It is a metaphor for a conscious state, in which we hear, understand, and able to restore our divine image.

Hebron = (חבר) חברון = Haber = Connect (the dots, hindsight)
2020: We are judgmental, this is true, however it’s our obligation to be careful with our judgment and use our 5 senses to delve into understanding the whole picture. If we make the wrong call it can dramatically reduce our potential or another’s potential. In essence “ one could spiritually kill someone unintentionally “.
And so..... These negative judgments may potentially cause us to become jealous, envious and gossip, curse and slander others. So watch out, what you think of others should be thought with good intentions always. Be aware.
Ki Tetzei
Ki Tetzei = כי תצא = When you go out (to a war on your enemies)
Amalek = עמלק = (same numeric value) = ספק = doubts
2018: The moment we fight our “enemies” within, is when we can become aware that we act in a selfish manner. If we are lazy, we usually think to postpone activities that we don’t like to do. If we are control freaks, we usually think to micro manage other people and tell them what to do. If we are complainers, we are usually looking for the negative aspects in every situation, and tell it to people, who may only see the positive. Identify your “enemy” within, be aware of your way of thinking, and fight it whenever you become aware of that thought in your head. Our biggest “enemy” is doubt, which we have to “kill” as soon as we are aware of it.
2019:
Sometimes people label us in a negative way: lazy, selfish, etc. After time, we may believe that we are the way people have been describing us. The truth is that people who have been labeling us, saw a reflection of themselves in us. It is time to find out who we really are, to discover ourselves, and see how beautiful we are inside and out.
The same is true for us. If we are about to label someone else with a negative label, we should reflect and check our own behavior. Are we seeing a reflection of ourselves in that person?
Ki Tavo
Ki Tavo = כי תבוא = When you come (to the land)
2017: When our family members open their heat to us, we should be compassionate, feel their pain, empathize with them, and give them a lot of love. We, the sensitive people more than the others, are exposed to a lot of suffering around us, and our mood may be affected by it. We need to keep going, and stay happy, knowing that suffering is the side effect of us growing spiritually.
2018: Every one of us was entrusted with a mission, that only we can do. We matter. We are indispensable. We are obligated, and we are accountable. We pay attention and engage with our internal conflicts. As we continue to be mindful and observant, we have the potential to overcome our ailments. If we are more vigilant in overcoming our ailments, we are more aligned with the universe. The universe places us on the right track to move closer to achieve our mission in life. When we are involved with our mission, we can feel the passion and internal fire inside us. When we feel fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment, we are “in the zone”, where we should be.
2019: Every one of us has a purpose, that only we can do. We matter. We are indispensable. We are obligated, and we are accountable. We pay attention and engage with our internal conflicts. As we continue to be mindful and observant, we have the potential to overcome our ailments. If we are more vigilant in overcoming our ailments, we are more aligned with the universe. The universe places us on the right track to move closer to fulfill our purpose in life. When we are involved with our purpose, we can feel the passion and internal fire inside us. When we feel fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment, we are “in the zone”, where we should be.
Nitzavim
2018: Are we involved with our mission? Do we wake up in the middle of the night start thinking about it? Do we wake up in the morning energized, even though we barely slept? Do we feel the passion and internal fire inside us during the day? Do we feel fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment? Are we happy? Do we have a smile on our face? We are “in the zone”, and we should enjoy being there.
2020: We were evolved and formed our opinions and judgments based on our parents, teachers, grandparents, spiritual leaders, and any other influencers in our lives. This is our foundation, the base, our starting point in our life journey. We may have wider views on the world around us than our parents, because we are standing on the shoulders of our ancestors.
Nitzavim – Vayelech
Nitzavim = נצבים = Stand straight and still. Vayelech = וילך = and he will go.
2017: Who are we? Why are we here? We pause from our daily routine, try to figure out what is our mission in life, what steps do we need to take next year in order to achieve our goals, and then we start working on it. We wake up in the middle of the night start thinking about it, we wake up in the morning energized even though we barely slept, we feel passionate during the day, we are excited, we smile, we are happy, we help other people, we are working towards our mission.
Rosh Ashanah = ראש השנה = Head of the year
We figured out what is our mission for the year. We celebrate our renewed spirit.
Vayelech
2020: In order to cross from the material world (homri = 264 = חומרי) to the spiritual world ( roohani = 274 = רוחני), we need to connect to the 10 sefirot, and connect to Keter, which is represented by the Hebrew letter Y (yod) י, in YHVH יהוה . Yod = י = 10.
Jordan = חומרי = 264 = ירדן = made of material
“You (Moses) shall not cross this Jordan.” It can be interpreted that, you, (Moses), shall not cross the material (world, only stay within the spiritual world.)
As a parent, it is our time to let our children continue the journey independently, letting them evolve, form their own opinions, and fulfill their purpose, the reason that they were born in first place. Because they mater.
Rosh Hashana
2018: The universe is injecting a new energy for the coming year. This is the time to take a step back, and look at the important events that we’ve experienced in this past year. Then ask ourselves, did we grow spiritually, and if so, how did we grow? Also, by taking an even bigger step back, we may notice all the skills that we’ve acquired in our lives. That’s when we should review how our skills have helped us to grow through these events, and how they’ve shaped us in our own unique way. Once we’ve analyzed this information, we can then be ready to receive the new injected energy from the universe, and take the next step on our spiritual journey.
Ha’azinu
Ha’azinu = Listen (heaven)
We are all accountable for our spiritual work. Some people don’t know that, and look at events in their lives as random chaos. The one who are committed to correct their soul, and struggle with challenges on their self-improving journey, may get credit for their future spiritual work, and the universe may even listen to their pleas.
2018: There are two kinds of “radio stations” or voices that we hear and listen to in our head, “the quite soul station, and “the loud opponent station”. Our first awareness of something is transmitted from the “Soul station”, like a blink of an eye. The loud “opponent station” is always on. It starts to transmit right after the “soul station” is gone. It turns on desire to look for ourselves, and block our vision from seeing better ways.
If we listen to our first awareness, we will follow our soul, which guides us towards better living.
Yom Kippur
Humility is a one of our attributes that we need to constantly work on, in order to open our spiritual channels with the universe. How do we do it? We are grateful for the help that we get from the universe. The more we show gratitude, the more help we get. We help our family, and our friends, because each one of us has purpose in life, and everyone need to succeed in their journey for us to be successful. We admit our mistakes. We ask for forgiveness from the people we have hurt. We say things like: “Thank you”, “It was my pleasure”, “I could not do it without your help”.
2018: How do we bring help from the universe in the coming year? By acknowledging that we have not yet reached our potential, and we humbly ask for more time to continue working on our mission. We are grateful for the love and compassion that we receive, and grateful for being judged with mercy, and not being abandoned. We are truly thankful while we seek those we’ve wronged and ask forgiveness. We show appreciation for our lives, and share our blessings.
Sukkot
2017: Happiness and protection. Despite all that happening around us, the universe try to guide us to reach our potential. Our body is being affected by the distractions (money, power, fame, image, etc.), trying to make us lose our focus and direction, and not reach our potential. If we have not fulfilled our purpose in life, like most of us, but we are searching for it, we may be able to get some clues on which way to go. Being happy opens the channels and make our reception for the signals clearer.
2018: How does one reach their ultimate potential? First, there’s the need to feel one with the universe - how? By being open and accepting of what the universe offers us, by uniting that wavelength with the feelings of joy and happiness, we can receive the protection that we need and desire. By doing this, we are protecting ourselves so that we can reach our ultimate potential. We are all here for a specific reason - by staying open to what the universe offers us, we can stay aware of what each of us brings and get closer to our potential.
2019: How does one reach their potential? First, we need to switch how we perceive ourselves - We are immortal spiritual souls, enclosed in a mortal material body. Second, we need to switch how we perceive our Universe – The Universe is a master illusionist. What we sense with our five senses is not real, yet what we can decipher from instincts, gut feelings, and that sixth sense is real.
It’s imperative to be certain in our gut, to know that we can overcome any challenge, to know the challenge us just a step up. Take it easy, stay calm, especially during tough times. Know that this challenge presents itself to help you grow and that this challenge is a gift. Every new challenge will test our belief system. If we overcome it calmly, using anything within our tool set, we grow closer to our potential. So bring it on !!!

V’Zot Habracha
V’Zot Habracha = And this is the blessing
2017: We are all blessed, but why not all of us can see the blessings? We need to be tuned to the Universe, in order to receive the blessings, and every week we are tuned to a different lesson/energy/frequency. We would like to go with the flow of energy, and not steer against it.
